- 5 people at a time, every 3 months for a total of 4 times.
- Pick the 5 teachers or researchers who finished 80% of their 
training and got great results. Visit work in other countries 

- Develop prototypes for medical devices, 
semiconductors for electric vehicles, and sensors 
with exceptional accuracy.
- Distribute design semiconductor skills to cultivate 
and enhance the skilled workforce in the 
semiconductor industry for the nation.
