An article entitled "Optical Coherence Tomography Enabling Non Destructive Metrology of Layered Polymeric GRIN Material" by Dr.Panomsak Meemon, Jianing Yao, Kye-Sung Lee, Kevin P.Thompson, Michael Ponting, Eric Baer, and Jannick P. Rolland has been published in Science Reports in April 2013.

The article aims to demonstrate the application of optical coherence tomography (OCT) as an innovative method for performing nondestructive diagnostic methodology on nano layered Spherical Gradient Refractive Index (S-GRIN), polymer optical elements.
