School of Laser Technology and Photonics, Institute of Science, Suranaree University of Technology held a One Day Workshop on "Optical Instrumentation for Astronomy" by a guest speaker Dr. Christophe Buisset from France, on Wednesday 26 December 2012, held on 1st Flr. Meeting Room, Academic Building II, SUT, since 9.00 a.m.

The workshop aimed to demonstrate the principle of telescope based on optic used especially for astronomy. The data processing from the astronomic telescope was reviewed such as.
